「My son and I stayed 6 nights in an accessible room. The website mentions that you have to request housekeeping during longer stays, but even when we did, we found the service a bit unpredictable. There was no niche or shelf for toiletries in the shower, which was inconvenient. Of the five staff members I spoke to during the visit, only one graced us with a smile while we were there. 「The staff was not helpful. There was one guy who was helpful but not overly friendly. They were more worried about who quit and gossiping in front of customers versus making sure the free breakfast was stocked. The overall Custer service was a major disappointment. If it weren’t for that it would have been a nice stay. Great location in Waverly and lots of things to do within walking distance. Easy parking.」
