「The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. 「We have stayed here before, but never on the 2nd floor. We do not recommend staying in any of the lower floors. The people upstairs sounded like they had a stomp session going on at 2 am and at 6am we could hear the guy next to us hacking so loud it sounded like he was in our bathroom! So it was a rough night. The bed, sheets, and AC are great though!」
