「Hello, I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review. The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep. Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as...

「The location was great, that was the best part about staying at FOTMM. Check in and out was no contact, and very easy, staff was communicative through text.」

「Staff was amazing we definitely did our research so we knew that it would be more of camper/hostel/hiking hotel. It's seen a lot of wear. The skylight above the beds is tough it stops the room from being dark in the morning which is really unfortunate. Loved the space and would stay again 」

「The young lady at the check in desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bartenders are all very courteous and the service is great. It's a nice property and easy to get around. You can walk to several other casinos if you want a change of pace but this one is big and has everything you need. You can walk to Lady Luck Casino without going outside if you want to see more gaming options. There is only one desk chair to sit on in the room so you don't really hang out in there but the beds are clean...

「Booked our room, non-refundable because we got stuck in Thornton. Although the room was “non-smoking” it reeked of cigarette and weed smell. We asked the staff to change rooms and they were booked up and refused to refund us. We contacted Expedia and they refunded us immediately and also gave us $25 for our trouble. 5 stars for Expedia.」

「Upon checking the bathroom was dirty with stained toilet and hair in the shower. The tv and phone did not work for the entirety of our stay. The maid never cleaned our room despite us asking. Do. Not. Stay. Here. 」
