「Check in service was very poor. There is no staff on counter. I called the apartment few days ago to tell them my exact check in time. I had to wait for 45 minutes outside the building before tenants of other rooms offered help to call owner of the apartment. They could have told me to self pick up keys by letting me know the password with an email before hand. Very poor!」
