We liked the free shuttle to and from the Frankfurt airport. Once we arrived, the place and staff were very welcoming. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we ever slept in. We would definitely stay here again the next time we need a hotel in the area.

Nice stay with good view of sunset from balcony

Service was good as we needed luggage hold when we arrived before check-in. Dinner was nice at the restaurant, didn't use the buffet as it looked too crowded for breakfast or dinner.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and quality of the hotel. The interior is nicely furnished and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located for access to Frankfurt International Airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again if needing a night's stay before a flight!

Wonderful stay! Friendly and helpful staff, excellent dinner and bar, clean room. What I loved the most about this place is that the room had a ceiling fan, coffee maker, and fridge! The only thing missing is a microwave, but I'm not complaining. These other amenities alone would convince me to choose Mercure over anyone else!
