The host was very friendly and pleasant despite my arriving quite late, about 22:15. The room is nice and would have been a good place to stay for a couple of days rather than my short overnight stay. The room is up two flights of very steep & narrow stairs so would not work for someone with mobility issues and would not be fun if burdened with heavy luggage. I visited while on a bicycle tour and much appreciated that a covered & locked area was available for my bike. The included breakfast was quite nice and can be tailored a bit to your requests.

We enjoyed our stay at the Arena Villa am wasserpark. Parking was plentiful and we had easy access to are destination the US consulate. The rooms were modern and very clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. Public transportation was in walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Frankfurt.

Arena is a small lovely hotel. All staff members are very nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with newer furnishings. Breakfast is delicious. And of course, the location is unbeatable if one has an appointment at the US Embassy. We enjoyed our week-long stay very much. Thank you Arena!
