「The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. 」

「I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process」

「Very close to the train station」

「Access was easy, room clean and as described. Only drawback was my room was roadside and was affected by the traffic noise. Could triple glazing be used to avoid any noise?」

「Good location, harvester next door for dinner and close to the stadium. Breakfast was mediocre and very busy but sufficient. Staff were excellent. 」
