"Everything is OK except only one shuttle to airport per hour in the morning peak. That's not enough for so many guest. Suggest hotel should be able to increase extra shuttle if there is many guest request to have such service."

"2nd time staying at Sonder and will stay again. Love the area. We did have issue's with our access code but they quickly reprogrammed it remotely for us. Our tv wasn't able to be watched at all because it needed to be signed into the network. They put in a work order but it was never resolved."
