「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. 「Facility was clean but most of the staff weren't very helpful and were slow/no urgency, with the exception of the room cleaners who were very kind. Valet was the worst. The pool was closed for our entire stay because someone broke glass in it, which was irritating that glass would be allowed in the pool area at all. 「The location of the hotel is perfect and is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant is expensive so we walked around the corner to Chili Macs for breakfast each day. The cost to park a car per day is expensive enough at $39 but the hotel initially charged me $117 per day ($39x3) for the 3 days for a total of $350 plus tax instead. Luckily I checked the receipt before I left. The hotel overall is very nice and centrally located, but review your receipt upon checkout for erroneous charges!」
