「Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay.」

「Was told upon checkin that this was a minimalist hotel and immediately felt regret. The amenities are 'shared' to include an ancient microwave in the lobby. This is not the hotel for you if you like privacy. Heating up dinner three floors down is not ideal for my taste. Room was tiny and had a hard time fitting in the allotted space comfortably. Walls are a bit unforgiving as I hear a lot of what was going on next door and across the hallway. Staff was friendly, but that doesn't quite make...

「The hotel is in a good location, the beach is not as crowded as other locations. The pool and pizza bar were nice with pizza being very yummy! The hotel restaurant was very good for a hotel restaurant and had a nice bar. It needs a few updates, ice machines didn’t work and we had a water leak in our room which made it smell a little musty. But all in all I’d stay here again and recommend it.」

「Loved how big the rooms were. Staff was amazing. Pool was awesome. Place was so clean. However I would say that they should try to change up their breakfasts. We stayed for 5 days and had the same things every day for breakfast. We were so sick of it by the time we left. But that’s our only complaint. 10/10」
