"The refrigerator was not cold and I could not find an adjustment on it. The hot water was not hot, it was better than warm but not much. Finally I specifically asked how early the coffee would be available in the lobby as we were leaving early on Friday morning, I was told "we keep it full 24 hours" when I got up Friday and tried to get coffee the dispenser was empty and no one was around to get it filled."
