「The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount.」

「Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.」

The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. 「This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not.」

Staff always willing to help and would highly recommend the on site Spa for Hammam (women only) Close enough to range of restaurants which were still open even in Ramadan just operating at slightly different opening hours usually closing for an hour around 7/8 to allow staff to break fast. 」

「I had a great stay and would definitely come back. The hotel is in a convenient location, not far from both the beach and the souk market, and having a 24-hour gym was a big plus. The staff were amazing throughout my stay—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The only downsides were that water tended to spread across the bathroom floor after showering, and the lighting in the room could be improved. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. 「Not 4 star, bathrooms are disgusting and need updating as grout is mouldy and water doesn’t drain properly in the shower…really dated. Air conditioners don’t work! Bathroom stink, indoor pool not clean! rude staff telling us we can’t eat breakfast on certain tables because they didn’t want to clean more! Horrible food, so bland and really disgusting. Entertainment not always appropriate for kids even though they said it is family friendly. Never recommend to anyone, waste of money.」

「Chambre propre et spacieuse, la vue sur l’océan est inégale selon les chambres. Un changement a été proposé rapidement suite à réclamation pour mauvaise vue. Le personnel est réactif quand cela est nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner pris sur place est varié et à un tarif raisonnable environ 60 dirham. La piscine est propre bien entretenue et les équipements adaptés ( transats parasols…)」
