"I would like to take a minute and leave an honest review! We stayed here with family and I want to say it is not family friendly absolutely no kids activities; only one pool and it was super dirty) the hotel rooms had half of amenities not working ..: we were really disappointed and honestly we will not stay here again!"

"The hotel is in a good location with rooms overlooking the ocean and the city and it is very nice but it was not very clean. The curtains in the room are dirty, the curtain in the bathroom is torn. There were three of us but there were only two bathrobes and two slippers, there was also no bed for the sofa but only a pillow and a blanket without a sheet. The frying pan in the kitchen was old and torn, so it was impossible to use it, the toaster was broken. The cleaning lady once put wipes for removing makeup and the second time she didn't put them, also with coffee. There was also a printer with computers but there was no paper for printing. In general, it is normal but these little things spoiled the overall impression a little."

"The staff at the resort were very accommodating. It would have been nice to have the waterpark fully functional. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained. Please note, If travelling with kids, the hotel pool is for adults only. The Tidal cove pool for kids and adults is open until 6pm. "
