When we returned it appeared that nothing had been done so I checked with the front desk and the maintenance person indicated that he had tightened the seat as much as possible and that the fridge would have to be swapped out. 「Cracked arms on the chair in the room exposing the foam padding. Second time staying here & both times the mattress was saggy and had no support. Seemed just worn out. No AC in halls - stuffy & stagnant air. Nice staff…the place just needs to be kept up in maintenance and upkeep for the price per night.」

「The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.」

「Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by.」
