「Great stay.!」

「Did not end up staying. The description for the hotel states wheelchair and van parking. Upon arrival there was no where to park a van and trailer. Nothing was specified about there not being parking for oversized vehicles. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all, and even though there was a sign on the wall that stated that there was a manager on site. The manager was not there. When the front desk clerk tried to call the manager about the problem, the manager did not answer. Then the clerk...

「The rooms and the property were well maintained and clean. The night staff was friendly, the morning staff wasn’t so much. Breakfast was decent. There was plenty of parking. The only problem was that I booked it thinking it’s in Estes Park and it was about 45 minutes drive away.」
