「The property is pretty rundown. There were signs of water damage, very dated furnishings and poor housekeeping in our room - after the front desk hyped it up to be a super sought-after room. The entire building looks like it could use a solid scrub down. The continental breakfast was honestly a joke. The room was expensive for what it was.」

「The rooms were very clean, Nick the owner is super fantastic. You could not ask for better service. Breakfast is great, I would like to see scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon added in the future but I am not sure if he has the accommodations to add that. They have waffles and cereal fruit ,pastries ,toast coffee juice an very cold milk. Air-conditioned rooms are great an work great. I will always stay here when in Colorado. 「Beautiful property and outstanding experience with Elizabeth at check-in. The pillows were pitiful - no support whatsoever, as flat as pancakes, which caused a restless night.」

「Our room seemed to have been updated. We were wanting to watch the Stanley Cup Finals after 4 long days at the hospital and they didn’t carry any of the major channels. ABC!! We also had to pay a $100 deposit that may or may not be refunded n 3-5 working days! This was not advertised in the cost of the room. Breakfast was not served until 8:00.」
