西南一般洒店廁所冲厕糸統好，金太陽十分好！ 通風系統吾錯！整體清潔！ 但morning call郤忘記做

酒店用了45分鐘也長找不到我的訂房纪錄，用信用卡付了3千元人民幣，才有房間。我自行用了25分鐘長途電話費，打回香港救助，希不多60分鐘時間，才弄清楚。

尊敬的賓客：感謝您對佛山金太陽酒店的支持，同時給我們提供寶貴的意見，我們酒店和EXPEDIA公司也溝通過，由於酒店當時沒有收到由訂房中心發來的訂單，而未能及時給貴賓客提供房間入住，實在深表抱歉；至於客人用信用卡支付的費用，只是作為一個擔保訂金，後來我們與訂房中心溝通后，已經成功收取由訂房中心匯過來的房費，已經把擔保金退還給貴賓客，期間給您帶來不便之處，敬請原諒，酒店將會改善不足之處，為每一位住客提供優質的生活環境。金太陽酒店真誠期待您的再次光臨！

Since i booked from your website, but you didn't send the booking to the hotel, however, the staffs are helpful to settle, even though it takes more than 40 mins to settle for it.
