Staff great, extremely enthusiastic and attentive. Breakfast excellent. Very convenient to airport. Rooms reasonably comfortable - what you would expect for a four star hotel.

Hotel was ok. Room was extremely hot and couldn't adjust the temperature. Also mixed nessages at breakfast - we were a group of 6. Some got an egg and others had to pay.

Be aware of overly friendly guys who try to strike up a conversation with you. They'll try to steer you to their (supposed) uncle's or cousin's lamp or carpet store where you'll be pressured to buy something. This happened two or three times a day as I walked along Divan Yolu and the Hagia Sophia area.
