「Parking was great. The cleanliness and up keep can be greatly improved. Sidewalks and parking lots are full of debris, items that can be easily swept up. Outside trash containers were never emptied during our 5-day stay. By the time we left, they were past overflowing. 「Pros: king bed was very comfortable and the room was large. Good lighting. Check in staff was friendly. Small and likely "family run" hotel which we love, but sadly, SO MANY reasons to not stay here. Cons: Dirty. Dirty everywhere except the sheets, mini-fridge, and microwave. Filthy floor. Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes. 2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, no anti-slip mat for shower. No...

「The property is brand new, so everything was clean and in good working order. Aside from that. No pool in Yuma AZ? Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and yogurt. Coffee was bad with only flavored or sweetened creamers available. No daily maid service. Rooms cleaned upon departure or after 7 days. Whichever comes first. Tried to check in 15 minutes early with only 6 cars in the lot and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Price was only a couple of dollars less but not...

「This property can not be legally rented in the condition it is currently in. The fire alarm had been pulled out of the wall. ( state code requires an alarm ) the a/c was broken There was no TV remote in the room. The telephone does NOT work at all. I will be reporting this place to the local authorities 」

「This is about our 5th stay at this property. Love how we can park right in front of our room. The room is always clean. It's a no-frills motel, but it's clean and convenient for when we go to Los Algodones. 」

「Room was clean, AC worked great, beds were comfy, it was close enough to the border like 15-minute drive in case you are looking to get dental work. Overall, I was satisfied with the room and service. I did not get a chance to have breakfast or to use the amenities. 」
