「Clean and new」

「The hotel is pet friendly but they did not advertise anywhere that there was an additional fee for my dog. Would like to have known up front. 」

Small and likely "family run" hotel which we love, but sadly, SO MANY reasons to not stay here. Cons: Dirty. Dirty everywhere except the sheets, mini-fridge, and microwave. Filthy floor. Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes. 2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, no anti-slip mat for shower. No...

「Staff was nice! first room had a water leak. They couldn’t give us a new room so I had to stay in that room because everything is booked next day. They gave us a new room that room wasn’t clean yet. Then they gave us another room in that room the door didn’t lock.」

「We stayed as it was an historic motel and thought it would be interesting. The patio table/chairs outside the room were very dirty. Inside the tub did not have a stopper, the sink was clogged and the lamp next to the bed did not have an outlet. The room was large and spacious. The bed was comfortable but the noise from the street was very loud. 」

「The hotel is right off the freeway. It looks like it’s rather new. Very very nice looking rooms. Seems like plenty of space and the staff is very nice. One thing I would suggest if you use bar soap for you need to bring your own cause they don’t only have the pump soap and lotion in the bathroom. I’ll give it a thumbs up and if I ever go to Yuma again I will be staying there.」
