They were always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. By the end of our stay, we no longer felt like guests — we felt like part of the family. We are especially grateful to the staff who took the time to teach us a little about Vietnamese culture and even some of the language. Those small moments meant so much to us and made our experience even more special. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, with so many delicious options to enjoy. We also loved the spa — it was relaxing, professional, and a wonderful way to unwind during our stay. "A Home Away from Home at Vanda Hotel Our stay at Vanda Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. • Housekeeping: The room cleaning service was excellent. Everything was spotless—thank you! • Dining Experience: Breakfast was great every morning. A special shout-out to the manager, Mr. Vinh, and the ladies, Lysa and Linh, who were always attentive to our needs. • Concierge & Bellman: My friend Mr. Diew Van was excellent; he was always very helpful and looked out for us during our stay. • Management: The manager, Mrs. Duong, is a truly special person. She is deeply committed to ensuring every guest is fully satisfied with their experience. • Guest Relations & Reception: The team always greeted us with a smile and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Conclusion: Even though Vanda Hotel is a large property, the staff manages to create a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!"
