"Our stay at TMS Hotel in Da Nang was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Their friendliness and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We stayed for 11 nights, and throughout our entire visit the team went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They were always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. By the end of our stay, we no longer felt like guests — we felt like part of the family. We are especially grateful to the staff who took the time to teach us a little about Vietnamese culture and even some of the language. Those small moments meant so much to us and made our experience even more special. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, with so many delicious options to enjoy. We also loved the spa — it was relaxing, professional, and a wonderful way to unwind during our stay. This visit is something we will remember forever, and we owe so much of that to the wonderful people at TMS Hotel. Thank you for making our time in Da Nang feel like home. "A Home Away from Home at Vanda Hotel Our stay at Vanda Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. • Housekeeping: The room cleaning service was excellent. Everything was spotless—thank you! • Dining Experience: Breakfast was great every morning. A special shout-out to the manager, Mr. Vinh, and the ladies, Lysa and Linh, who were always attentive to our needs. • Concierge & Bellman: My friend Mr. Diew Van was excellent; he was always very helpful and looked out for us during our stay. • Management: The manager, Mrs. Duong, is a truly special person. She is deeply committed to ensuring every guest is fully satisfied with their experience. • Guest Relations & Reception: The team always greeted us with a smile and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Conclusion: Even though Vanda Hotel is a large property, the staff manages to create a warm, family-like atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!"

"One of the worst hotels I have been so far! Everything besides the room itself was dirty, old and worn down. There was literally no wifi, no service provided by the staff, no umbrellas in the room and they also did not bother that different people were upset by the conditions of the hotel. The only umbrella the hotel had available at the lobby was not working property with the print of a real luxury hotel which is even more embarassing that they did not provide own umbrellas. The pool area itself has 5 poolchairs for the entire hotel, is mostly shadowed when the sun is shining (due to high moldy walls) and other than that worn down to the maximum. The "gym" as they try to market it has a maximum of 15kg of TOTAL weights which means you can't do anything there as well + no escalator access to the room. The Spa was way too expensive if you compare it to other providers right around (still with the 30% discount applied which is the standard rate since everyone gets this discount upfront when asking for the price of any treatment). Kind but other than that unhelpful staff, worn down, dirty and not at all recommendable. There are better hotels for less money in the area and I am still searching for the "luxury" which they have in their name. "

"Need more toilet papers. Bathtub needs shower curtain. Hand soap needs to be closer to sink. The breakfast needs more selections for western diners: bacon, sausages, deli meats and cheeses, pastries."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brilliant Hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, had all the amenities, great room, great beds (we like a firm bed), large lobby area. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes. The best part of the hotel was the staff who went out of their way to accommodate us, helping with bookings and arranging some travel. Every one of them made us feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend the Brilliant Hotel."
