「Noisy area all night, the air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to sleep with the windows open to try to cooldown the room. We arrived late at night and they kept our drivers license saying that it was necessary for registration in the morning. Also they try to charge us €3 in cash, but we paid the total in full before we arrived. Their breakfast is a joke, do not count on it. They put out two croissant at the time, counted one per person. 「first, I need to mention about the basic necessity - the hotel just simply arrange me a single bed, instead of putting two single bed to make it to be their "Delux twinbed" By the end, it is not comfortable, there is a big gap between the two bed, inspite there is a camoflage of heavy bed sheets on the top. 「Staff was great. Location is right downtown and a 5 minute drive from the hot springs. The town is so beautiful and the food and wine there was incredible. 10/10. Saturnia was amazing even in the hot weather. It's still refreshing and just fantastic. If you're thinking about going, go.」

「Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)」

「Tiziana helped make this stay very enjoyable. She picked us up at her other property outside the ZTL and brought us to Km O dal Centro. Parking there was free and safe. The room was modern and clean. Only thing missing was an English TV channel. We were in the middle of everything with many good restaurants nearby. The Synagogue which is number one place to visit was a 2 minute walk. Tiziana kept in touch throughout our stay making sure we weren’t missing anything. I highly recommend staying...

「This place is an absolute gem and Pitigliano is so worth visiting. We stayed there for only one night on our trip through Tuscany but wished we planned for a longer time. Everything was clean, the owners were so friendly, and breakfast was outstanding. We will come back for sure and can highly recommend this place to everybody - but for sure with small children in the room (the bunk-bed received a 10/10 from my girls).」
