"This place was gross. It had a weird smell in the room and refrigerator and wasn’t really clean and I had hair on my sheets. They didn’t even replace the empty roll of toilet paper! Couldn’t get extra pillows and the place was noisy and couldn’t sleep. Would never stay here again."

"I went by to see if I could get an early check-in, but they said I could not. I told them I had plans so it would be between 10pm and midnight before I could get back. I got back at 11pm and the front desk had a pull down door over it. The lobby had 7 people waiting to check-in and a sign stating to use a kiosk to check-in to your room. It didn't work, the phone to call for assistance didn't work, and nobody answered the phone number to call if you have any problems. Someone had gotten a hotel guest to find the on site manager and he showed up upset that he had to wait on us being the kiosk wasn't working. I got my room key and went to the room to find that it had not been cleaned, trash overflowing, and bed not made. I went back down to the lobby and told the manager and he put me in another room on a different floor. That room was okay but pictures on line made the hotel look a lot nicer. I should have known that the price was too good to be as nice as the reviews made it out to be."

"The hotel is close to a shopping center with several shops and restaurants. It seems like it was recently renovated. However, our room smelled musty and the bathroom didn’t have good ventilation. The carpet needs to be removed and a new ventilation system needs to be installed. The room and the community spaces were clean. I wish breakfast was included. However, there is a cafe where breakfast can be ordered. All staff were welcoming and professional. The gym was pretty well-equipped. However, hand sanitizer should be available. There aren’t any visible recycling bins anywhere in the hotel, which should be available, since the county has a recycling program."
