「Front Desk was conditional to who was working. A couple staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, empathetic to what the Air Canada mess created. Couple others were "just business", no smile, enthusiasm or empathy - lacking a personal touch. Lounge bartenders were exceptional. Rates were reasonable as well.」

「This is a fantastic B&B! Paula and Pablo are excellent hosts with a ton of knowlwdge to help travelers with anything from local dining fare, sightseeing, travel recommendations. 「We had an awesome time at Mallard Inn. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed. The property is a historic building right next to Quidi Vidi Wharf. As the property just opened under new ownership when we visited, there were minor hickups (like eg. a missing bin in the room) which have been quickly resolved by the attentive and friendly stuff. Parking on site is limited and extended dinner options require a car to go into town.」

「I found the Hilton Garden Inn to be a modern, bright and clean hotel, with friendly staff with good amenities.
