「Five-night stay. Our room was fresh, clean, and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The outdoor pool area was immaculate. The elevators were always clean. And extra gratitude to the breakfast kitchen staff. A spotlessly clean breakfast buffet and dining area. The food was delicious and the variety was impressive. The nicest you could ask for. We always look for a Hampton when we travel, and the Ft. Walton Beach hotel is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at.」

「Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊」

「Our first room had mold. Got to the second room and there was a towel and blood in the sink. We had to bring our dirty towels down just to get new towels (very time consuming if you’re in a rush). It is the hotel had better up keeping I’m sure it would not be in the condition it’s in currently, because it’s actually nice.」

「Roaches, sticky dirty floors, bed was covered in hair. Shower was moldy with the previous persons soap in it. Stained covers on the bed. Nothing like the pictures shown. 」

「The room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was easy & enough, and air conditioner worked great. One very surprising thing was we got a smoking room and it didn't smell bad. It usually hits you in the face as soon as you open the door! Great location for us. Restaurants right next door, on both sides. We tried the shack, and it was very good.」

「Close driving distance to boardwalk / beaches. Fairly new hotel. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for overnight stay and close to convention center, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc. Breakfast buffet was good.」

「This is a new facility. It was extremely clean and had everything that was needed. The location was excellent and close to shopping and anything that I needed.」

「Entering the hotel you’d think it were clean. The sheets and pillows had stains on them and we had to wait for someone to come check us in for about 15 minutes no sign was left telling us someone would be back just no one there. I have really bad allergies and my skin broke out instantly when I laid in the bed like the sheets weren’t clean. One of the staff members was really nice the others seemed upset that we wanted to check out early due to us not being comfortable and needing a wheelchair...
