"False advertising. It does not sleep 7 people, unless 5 of these people are very small children. Sleeps 2 adults and 5 small children. Upstairs is not accessible unless it is a child or you are willing to crawl into the loft and It's not possible to stand unless you are under 4'5". The downstairs bunks are too small for someone over 5'10 to get in and out of. Communication was lacking from beginning to end and room was 45 degrees when we arrived,despite informing management on 3 different occasions that our arrival would be late. No apologies or attempts to resolve the situation. "
