「very friendly staff」

「Super nice hotel. Our only complaint is there was dog hair throughout our entire room. Like EVERYWHERE. We have a crawling baby and she was covered in fur. It was on the shelves, on the couch, randomly in our mouths. I'm not sure if they vacuum after every guest but this room needed it. It also smelled a little of dog (go figure). I would love to see room options that are not pet friendly. We will most likely stay here again! Great for families. 」

「Every one there is extremely helpful and accommodating. I live 2 hours away from there. I went to Flagstaff to have surgery done. They were very helpful. They let me use their wheelchair because I wasn’t able to walk after my surgery.」

「飯店的位置非常好, 餐廳, 加油站一應俱全, 一分鐘就可以直接上highway 櫃台人員也非常友善, 本來住宿兩天, 但因為第二天會有大風雪, 櫃台人員聽到我們考慮要提前一天離開, 他們也馬上告訴我們飯店願意把第二晚的房費退還, 非常貼心!」

「I had booked 5 rooms for our group and they were clean, comfortable. The hotel is super close to bars and restaurants. Staff were polite and helpful, they let us use their local landline to call US numbers since our European sim cards were not working. 」
