「The staff were outstanding. I was in town as sponsor of the boxing event across at the arena so was v v busy 24 hours for me. Every member of staff made it all considerably easier for me due to their immaculate professionalism throughout, i wish i could recall their names but from the lady on reception to the ladies cleaning the room, it was elite level. Thanks to all and well done. 」

「This is a lovely hotel to stay at. The staff are friendly and helpful. My shower wasn't working properly so they moved me to another room. Both rooms were were very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Its close to central Hull - the main square being a 5min walk away. My breakfast was good with various options.」

「The room was spacious and comfortable, although was really hot the first night we stayed we had a fan in the room which cooled us down. The staff were all pleasant and friendly especially the lady serving and accomodating breakfast in the morning, she made our stay and we only saw her 2 mornings for a few minutes but she was so friendly and accommodating with a really good character, a real asset to the Hotel, i would stay there again just to have her serve me breakfast!」

「Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature. Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to. Close to the town centre and transport routes - approximate 5 min walk from...

「Beautiful property in beautiful grounds. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Home from home. The only downside was we came back around 9.40 in the evening to have a drink in the bar, to find it was shut. However this wouldn't put me off coming back for another stay. 」

「Fabulous place, everything you need for an overnight or longer. Shower cubicle is only small & my other half is a big guy so he struggled a bit & the towels weren’t very big so I’d take my own bath sheets when we come again. Very clean only a double bed so again was a squeeze but comfortable & clean. The heating was on in the hall way so that was a shock as it was very humid & its the warmest spring ever」
