「We were in there for the Cincinnati Open championship weekend. This hotel is an official Cincinnati open hotel where many players were staying. Very well maintained but looked a little quiet. The occupancy might be very low. The restaurants in the property were closed for special events mostly probably for the Cincinnati Open. Overall good hotel.」

「The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room.」

「The hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the hotel bar, breakfast area, to the modern rooms, the AC Hotel had it all. Plus, it's right next to Great American Ballpark and located on the strip with numerous restaurants and bars. Will definitely be staying there again.」
