「It's like your at home, moving about the property is very comfortable.. Beautiful view. Excellent」

「It needs to be cleaner」

「I would NEVER stay here again. Overnight staff was rude and clearly don’t care about doing one tiny bit more than the minimum. I’m disabled and was travelling alone. More than one staff member made it clear that he doesn’t care. I didn’t feel safe and part of why I pay for a more expensive hotel is to feel that I can count on staff to have a certain level of class. The overnight staff read a disabled woman who weighs 100 pounds with a cane as a threat. I was sick and had a cold. I was in a lot...

「Loved our stay!」

「Room was super clean and very nice. A/C worked perfectly. Price point was perfect! Front desk was friendly and kind. The mini continental breakfast suited my daily needs. Highly recommend this establishment!」

「Good location」

「The hotel double charged my card, when we arrived, the freezer was leaking all over the floor, place was a little iffy but at least it was only a ten minute walk to the beach. Room was dirty. Wouldn’t stay again. I had to get a new card issued by my bank from all the unauthorized charges」

「Both pools close at 6pm at Cinnamon Beach. Splash bad is also closed for maintenance. So, if you arrived and wanted to swim, you had to go over to the resort. The garden tub spout needed maintenance, so it took awhile to get hot water to fill it. This condo was beautiful and the view was incredible. The only downside was there were no dish towels in the kitchen, a roach in our shower, and early closer of the pools .」

「Room was excellent. We stayed in the Sail Away room. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was home made and really good.」
