Not sure where to start …. First of all when we landed and got our bags I messaged the property manager and took forever to get a response! When we arrived at the house my 2 children ran to the pool and dipped their feet in and the pool was absolutely freezing cold, second day after I had cleaned the pool my kids jumped in with my husband and it was way to cold my sons lips literally turned purple and never stopped coughing for 3 days! Also my mother is allergic to cats and 3 dirty stray cats slept on the furniture outside so we couldn’t use that and clomps of cat hair floating in the pool … it was actually disgusting. I messaged the property and again took forever to hear from them and when we did they didn’t really care and said online it says the pool isn’t heated which isn’t correct because we booked through Expedia and nothing of the sort was said because if it was I would have never spent —— to use a freezing cold pool when we live in Canada in a freezing cold province.
Over all our experience was HORRIBLE! We left the house and booked a hotel .
So the pool was rotten and freezing
Blinds in the living room where broken/cracked
Main bathroom shower tap seemed loose so we didn’t use it… Chairs in dining room were rusty
Dirty stray cats living outside in the fenced in yard .
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else! Don’t trust these people. Myself and family are out ALOT and my mother couldn’t see out of her eyes for days after! I’d say more but only 1500 words
