The hotel has absolutely NO rules and regulations to prevent random people to loiter and use the pool til the sunrise. We will NEVER return to this place, even if we were offered a complimentary stay for a month. False advertisement on ads on Expedia. No access to the beach for another mile and a half. The walk to the beach was a 30 minute walk to the access point. We are extremely dissatisfied.

The property was not bad! But the roaches in the bathroom were terrible. And the room keys got disconnected and had to walk in the middle of the night to get them fixed.

This property is very dated as much as the property is the cleanest to its abilities the carpets, couches and curtains are stained and look like they havn't been changed in 10 years or more. The area didn't feel the safest and the rooms did not have a second lock on the inside, the air-conditioning was sooo loud mine made a very bad squealing noise and im someone that is use to having wall ac's in the summer. But the bed was extra comfy and they gave multiple pillows with different firmness. the resort was quiet its walking distance to the beach and a few stores so that was very nice.

The room had an awful smell. It was extremely noisy after hours, particularly the pool & lounge area. The water for the shower gets lukewarm. And the rooms look nothing like the pictures featured.

It was an older place with the room updated staff were helpful. 5 minute Walk to beach and 15 minute walk to Ft lauderdale by the sea pubs and stores For the price it was well worth the stay.

I liked the pool and staff are very nice and helpful. Access to beach is not convenient. Nearby stores are expensive for groceries and necessities. Public Transit is excellent.

DO NOT book. This is a cheap, loud, dirty, disgusting motel. It does not feel safe, clean, and the neighbors will be smoking a little of everything so good luck sleeping. If I didn’t book through Expedia I would have disputed the charges on my card. Quite literally the most disgusting place I have stayed. That says a lot, I have travelled for over 30 years.

The room was clean, however the refrigerator did not work. We called twice down to the desk for maintenance but it was never looked at and one of the pools was shut down by the department of health for some reason. The male staff were not friendly at all but the female we dealt with at the front desk was very sweet. the language barrier made it hard to communicate however. The patio area needs to be locked after hours as we had several nights that we were awake at 2am from a group being very loud and smoking marijuana that we could smell through the vents. As a non drug user this was not what I wanted on my vacation. This building needs some love.

It was clean. Convenient. Staff is prompt! Prices were reasonable. Pillows should have been bigger and fluffier 😆 lol seriously what are little square pillows doing on a king sized bed..
