"Staff very friendly. Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Amazing location right by the water. Only thing that I’m not too thrilled about is the hefty overnight parking charge. Otherwise very happy with the stay."

"We didn’t use the laundry facilities. The room was clean. We used the pool and gym. We appreciated these facilities. The staff was friendly. We checked in a little early and checked out a little later in the morning after using the pool with no problems. We chose this hotel due to a hospital visit. The hotel is easy to get to and it all worked out very well. "

"Room appeared clean on first glance, but then found a sock and a Lego figure left behind from the previous people. I wouldn’t normally complain about a free breakfast, but the options were pathetic. The pool was ice cold and dirty. "

"Gorgeous property! We stayed at the Belvedere recently as well and this time brought friends to enjoy the Smith (three rooms total). We were all suitably impressed and will return! Special shout out to Melanie - such a gem. And the front desk agent who recognized my husband on the Smith "Ring" cam from our Belvedere stay (cannot recall her name but I believe she is from Brazil - she is so lovely). Kudos to all!"

"A nice cheap place to spend a few days in downtown Kingston. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There's a bit of parking on the side, but you have to pay for underground parking which once you check-in the buzz you in."
