"There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation...

"My husband and I had a really nice stay, the only complaint we have is that the tv chose not to work as in go past 1 channel, lol until we were about to leave the next day and all of a sudden all the channels were there. The layout of our room was homey and clean, as was the rest of the motel, good breakfast also! "
