「Most things about our stay were lovely! The property is beautiful and the rooms were clean. There were only two issues - one was how hard the bed was. I know that everyone has their preferences but this bed was practically rock hard to me. On the other end of the spectrum, my husband liked the firmness. 「The staff is excellent! Each of the women at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful! On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised.」

「The location was great. The staff was amazing. The restaurant and breakfast food was great. However, The beds were horrible. The mattresses were sorn so much that all you felt was springs and dips in the matress. The pillows flattened down to nothing. My sleep was interrupted many times because I was uncomfortable as was my wife. My son and his family had the sam experience in their room. Also, the bathroom had a pocket door that was cut so crooked that it would not lock. I will be choosing...

「Expired inspections on the elevators. Buttons on wall didn’t work. One elevator out of service and the other you have to hold the close button closed for the door to actually close. Should be simple maintenance plan. Had about 3/4 roll of toilet paper in the room - and that’s by combining the used ones on the roll. No extra rolls. Sliding bar style door leaves a gap, so the bathroom isn’t really closed. Beds very uncomfortable. Not being a Karen, but can’t go back to this hotel again.」

「Have had better breakfast. Parking was tight for my Silverado. Room had beer cans under sink and wine bottle. Coffee maker in room was not working. Staff was great. Room was small for 250.00 a night. No table or couch.」

「As soon as I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. He made my stay 1000% times better! The room was very clean and the cleaning staffed did a marvelous job keeping the room spotless. I will definitely book here again!」
