「We had a very nice, clean room. Plenty of parking. The staff was friendly & helpful when we asked questions about the local area. We knew he was a good man when we saw him feed & water the birds daily at a feeding station he had set up👍 The breakfast area was clean & pleasant. They made an effort to provide some good options to eat. We were very satisfied & will book there again when we return.」

「We stayed at this wonderful property 2 nights and wish we would have had more time to spend there. The property is on a beautiful setting. You have wonderful views of the mountains and wide open skies. It's located very conveniently to of course Fort Davis with a short drive you can be in Alpine or Marfa. It's also close to the McDonald observatory and not super far from Balmorhea State Park. Will definitely stay here again!!」

「Great place right in town. Easy to access with parking in front. was with all of the amenities that I really enjoyed: Cool A/C, small fridge as well as the hotel having a couple of common areas both upstairs and downstairs.」

「Dining room closed. Long wait for bar food. Bathroom in room awful. Front of Commode crowded up against tub. Claw foot tub fits decor but felt unsafe standing in it. I expect much more for this high price.」

Then smell no one should be allowed in there. Then bought it up to management there is a sign that read no refund if you don’t ask within 15 min of check in WHy this answer your question.
