They’ll give you a quick message on the day you check in at 3pm with all the contactless check-in instructions. The room we stayed in didn’t have AC, but since it’s already chilly and the ceiling fan is pretty strong, it wasn’t a big deal at all. And the full kitchen is perfect if you’re trying to save money and don’t want to splurge on expensive food for longer stays. "
