「great place」

「The room and breakfast area was clean. We did have to call the front desk for the wi fi password and had thought it would have been printed in the card envelope like most hotels do. The pool was clean but very cold. 」

I had booked two rooms and I understand why asked for two ids but my friend noticed she took a picture and asked why she took a picture of her ID and she said we was being rude and didn’t not gave us the room. Staff are just so rude never again ! I made sure to get my refund back !!」

I kept hearing complaints from several other guests about their cards not working, and all night and into the early morning, people were talking in the halls.
