AC and heat was fine. The room key didn't work all the time. The floor in the room had crumbs, only two very small pillows on the bed, and the chair cushion was very worn and stained.
Good for the price, but room service barged in on me twice before 9am and I was trying to sleep for work. Coffee was nice. Receptionist at late night check in was very friendly.
The advertisement said breakfast. Their idea of breakfast consisted of honey bun, nutrigrain bar, Belvita snack pack, and coffee. They should elaborate about the breakfast, most of the guests were unhappy. They thought getting a hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, oatmeal etc)
Horrendous. Disgusting rooms. Smelled like cigarettes and every blanket/ sheet had burn holes. Bathroom was gross. Breakfast is coffee and bags of Doritos. Didn’t have super high expectations but my god I would avoid this place next time.

I wish I could have said better but the management is terrible. I called ahead to let them know my stay had changed and if I could check in sooner. They said no problem. When I arrived it was different..they said I would have to pay for another night. Even though I arrived the day of my stay. When I called management the next day to ask to exchange that stay for my Saturday since I wont be staying that night, she instructed me to go through Expedia because I used it for booking. Expedia put me hold and called her right away. They explain I’ve been a loyal customer and to do a one time refund for the night I couldn’t stay. The manager then says absolutely not. No! Why would you make me call Expedia and waste all our time if you weren’t willing to help. I asked to keep it and just refund me the pay on site charge. She said no it’s already posted…so what?! It’s a one for one. Should be simple. Last time I use econo lodge. Especially this location. It wasn’t even worth it. The A/C was super noisy. Bedding was lack luster. You could see daylight through the door, very noisy location. There are much nicer places for similar money. Save the headache.
This should be 1 star motel : old, dirty and the bed; mattress on metal box very uncomfortable. Cigarette smells eventhough it says NO smoking! The false advertisement. There is No breakfast. Not even a dry cereal. The front Desk clerk talking about COVID.
WE LEFT EARLY BECAUSE...Rooms were dirty, breakfast served was honey buns and nutra grain bars (PRETTY SURE THEY WERE EXPIRED)no drinks. Attendant provided new room key without seeing ID to my husband only asked for last name with other people in lobby. Bed VERY VERY uncomfortable, burns in comforter and dirty sheets. New pillow provided when asked but had a USED bandaid stuck to it.
