「Hotel San Marco was a wonderful place to stay in Lucca. The location is great—just a short walk from the beautiful walled city, making it easy to explore. 「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. 「Lovely hotel with excellent service. Elena who greeted us upon arrival was absolutely lovely and professional, friendly and welcome! She greeted us warmly upon arrival and facilitated a smooth check in. She ensured that breakfast was to our liking and was most informative and helpful throughout the stay.
