「Das Hotel ist mit 5 Sternen beschrieben und bepreist und muss sich daran messen- hier erfüllt man nicht die Erwartungen. Auf der Habenseite: das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, in sehr gepflegter Anlage und weitab des Trubels. Leider sind kulinarischen Möglichkeiten vor Ort vorallem 5 Sterne bepreist- aber die Leistung stimmt nicht. Am ersten Abend servierte man uns ein Entrecote dass alle Garstufen in einem aufwies, von grau und sehr durch bis tief rot und very rare. Der angepriesene BBQ Abend...

「This is a lovely hotel in the old town, because this is a pedestrian zone you do gave to carry your bags to the hotel, just a heads up if that is an issue. The rooms are small but well appointed, the staff very helpful. Would definitely book again.」

「Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. 「Schöne Anlage mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Leckeres veganes Frühstück (vegetarisch hätte auch gereicht), früher Checkin war möglich. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, am Pool fehlen Tische bzw. die Liegestühle und Schirme sind nicht sehr hochwertig und passen nicht in das sonst stimmige Gesamtbild. Das Restaurant war durchgehend geschlossen.」
