"I had a fantastic week at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my stay. The hotel's design is stunning, maintaining high levels of cleanliness, and provides a serene and comfortable ambiance. The front desk team were courteous, attentive, and professional, consistently demonstrating a willingness to assist, which enhanced my experience. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality truly stood out. "The staff was friendly but they tried to charge me separately for the 2 rooms that I booked together. The entrance smelled of marijuana and one of the windows near the lobby was broken. The elevator was in horrible shape, to the point that my entire family walked up and down the 4 flights of stairs. Upon arrival I was told one of the rooms was ready, but it would be 10 to 15 minutes for the other room. When we got to the floor both rooms were still not ready. When we were finally let into the first room it had just been "cleaned" but was actually not. The bedspreads were thin and full of cigarette burns, sheets were stained and the refrigerators were disgusting. Overall my family and I would never stay here again. The pictures on the hotel site are total lies, it absolutely doesn't look like the photos. "

"The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Very small space with no structure- you can get blocked in until they either figure out how to maneuver you out or figure out who owns the vehicle "

"We were coming from Westchester and had an early flight so decided to stay in a hotel the night before. Took the train to JFK and called the shuttle which arrived 10 minutes later. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Quick uber drive to casino. I asked for two wake up calls at 4:50am and 5am and received both. Shuttle left for the airport promptly at 5:30am. Overall a very good experience for an overnight airport stay."

"Everything was fine. Just what i need for an overnight pre-flight room. My only issue is no restaurant. They give you take out menus if you want to eat.Fortunately, there is a restaurant in the hotel next door. Basic menu, full bar and you can pay cash. "
