"Huge hotel with lots of different bars, restaurants and facilities. Can seem a bit impersonal and no cosy areas. Outside areas are lovely. Our signature room in floor 6 was very comfortable. No furniture in the balcony was disappointing. The business lounge was nice but only coffee and 1 glass of prosecco was free. Disappointed there was no food in the evening. At breakfast just coffee and croissants. Parking garage was convenient with lift to lobby but £20 per day was steep."

"My friend got locked in the bathroom but staff were prompt, staff friendly later on in the trip, room was nice and no issues. I stayed here after going to a concert in Cardiff and I wish I had stayed longer to make better use of the room and facilities etc."

"Fabulous hotel and dinner. Would definitely recommend but to book when they have vacancies as the rooms go straight away. Was close by to Southmead hospital for visiting our relative and also nearby to the shopping centre. A real gem. "

"Check in was slow due to 1 person serving, ( not her fault) Room lovely ,however noticed a lot of staining on the curtains by the desk ( easy to be missed due to location ) "

"Very friendly and helpful check in. Moved to a room on the ground floor as travelling on a blue badge,no trouble at all. Room was large and comfortable,also clean . We travelled with our dog too and she was made to feel welcome ,unlike some hotels that claim to be dog friendly. Swimming pool was nice and welcome . Nice outside seating for a coffee "

"I only stayed one night, after i couldn't find a hotel with car parking nearer to city centre. Actually it worked out really well - lovely, modern hotel with restaurant and gym onsite. I'll be back next time i'm visiting Bristol."

"Toilet in the room was slow to drain and overflowing. Room appeared a little dated but was clean and comfy. "
