「I had a good welcome. Room was lovely and clean. The complementary drinks voucher is a very nice touch. Fire in bar most welcoming. Breakfast delicious. Would definitely stay again.」

「Lovely place but we visited at the coldest time of the year and the heating could have been much more powerful. An EV charger or two would have been very helpful here but I think perhaps I’m asking a bit too much here. 」

「On arrival our room was upgraded to a large seaview room with a walk in shower which was a very nice welcome. The Pump room bar is excellent with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food both at breakfast and in the evening venues is top notch. Dining is a particular highlight which should not be missed with a very good menu expertly prepared and served to a really high standard. 」

「We had a beach view room which was spacious and had an absolutely stunning view over the beach and cliffs over a distance. We came to the island for my son’s fossil hunting. He’s 9. We listened to the high tides at night, absolutely worth it. Even with the window open, it’s still warm during the day in the winter. Will revisit. 」

「Reported toilet not flushing before we went out for dinner, staff said they would fix it while we were out, come back not fixed had to phone again they tried again unsuccessfully and only then offered different room this was 9 o'clock in the evening. Think this could have been handled net」

We chose this hotel specifically because of the facilities advertised on the website, including a swimming pool, bar, coffee shop, evening dining, jazz club with cocktail bar, and the daily “Happy Hour” promotion. 「Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool. In addition, the included breakfast was delicious. This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.」

「首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提」
