"Non c’è nessun modo di mettersi in contatto con la struttura. Non c’è reception, per entrare si deve ritirare la chiave da una piccola scatola chiusa, apparentemente con un codice di sblocco. Arrivo alle 23.30 senza aver ricevuto nessuna informazione da parte della struttura su quale codice usare. Nei giorni precedenti ho chiamato, scritto e lasciato un messaggio in segreteria, nessuna risposta. Quindi la prima notte non sapendo come entrare ho dovuto prendere last minute un altro hotel. Supermarket and bakery conveniently close located close by. But mostly excellent communication with the host and support with a missing bag. Highly recommended!"
