Condo Rentals in Foothills County

"Perfectly located at walking distance from many great restaurants. Check-in was a little complicated as we had to get in touch with a representative and meet in site. She asked us to text when we were 15 minutes away, we gave her a 20 minutes warning and still had to wait. We got the impression that short-tern rental was probably not encouraged in the building. Obce check-in was done, everything went well and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The one bedroom suite was great, very nicely decorated and layout. The neighbourhood was not very nice. Wasn’t able to park in parade so I had walk always for free parking. The suite was very warm and the heat didn’t seem to be adjustable by the thermostat. I was able to check in early which was awesome but they weren’t answering the phone so I had to drive to office to confirm it was ok. Wifi also did not work. Overall very nice suite to stay in. "

"Beautiful condo tower with all the bells and whistles. The best bang for your buck in the entite expedia portfolio. "

"The apartment itself was great and very comfortable - views were amazing and location very convenient. The only issue we had was that it was not as clean as we would have liked (very dusty) and the BBQ would have required a serious clean if it was to be used."

"I would much rather stay at Regal suites then a hotel from now on. Regal suites has huge apartments with tons of space and different rooms with doors and privacy. and the view and balcony is amazing. loved everything about it."

"I could not get into the building, as it was not a hotel but a private condo. I could not reach the management office, as I arrived at 7:00 pm. The reservation could not be fulfilled and I was forced to find a another hotel."

"Still owes me $830 from two years ago. No key for check in, doesn't pick up the phone and doesn't answer emails. NOT a hotel."

"Overall experience was disappointing. A/C was not connected, TV not working, the on duty personnel who met us was friendly but non-responsive when we showed the TV wasn't picking up the signal. He only asked if it would be a deal breaker for one night. We said no because didn't want to go looking for a hotel. Coffee was provided with sugar only, no creamers. Overall, the stay was a 3/5 at best considering the price. Will not repeat. "
