Great venue despite dustiness

The apartment itself was great and very comfortable - views were amazing and location very convenient. The only issue we had was that it was not as clean as we would have liked (very dusty) and the BBQ would have required a serious clean if it was to be used.

Great location and view! Super friendly guys that met us- I would have liked the glass to be clean and the sliding doors to be clean of fingerprints to maximize the view, a bulb in the nightstand lamp, new sponge as the one there was .... 😳 the shower had a substantial drip that kept us up, no bar soap or body wash, balcony floor was very dirty- If those issues would have been taken care of it would definitely be a 5 * property.

The condo is very nice, but parking was a bit of a nightmare. Only one spot was available for the condo and after struggling to find parking for 40 minutes we found paid visitor parking in the parkade that no one told us about.

Great location with walkability to bars and restaurants. Very clean. Great views! Biggest qualm - this place is advertised as having 2 queen beds, however they are doubles. For 4 adults, this was a bit uncomfortable. Also it would be nice if there were a few additional towels, blankets and pillows supplied. There were only 4 towels stocked, very small pillows, and no blankets.

The view was absolutely amazing. The free parking space included was much appreciated as the convention centre by Calgary Tower was 12 minutes walk away so I didn't have to park there. Everything was clean and one of the washrooms had a dual-head shower. Next time I have to go to Calgary, this place will be on the top of my list.

Great stay

The Guardian was a super choice if you have fun planned for the downtown area. It was walking distance to Arts Commons where we saw a concert and the Saddledome was super close as well. Easy checkin and clean condo, no complaints. Thankyou

No internet provided and for a international traveller that’s super annoying especially because it said when I booked there was internet, contacted apartment they said internet was down even though everyone else in the buildings wifi was working fine was told would be working in 1 hour. It never worked our hole stay....

The apartment was clean and modern. It had everything you would need and would work well if you are in the area for work and want a kitchen and somewhere to chill. Not a fan of being in an apartment block but that’s a personal thing. For people that are not dog people there are dogs in the building they are quite but you may come across them.

Excellent location and very friendly service from mobile check-in concierge Hans. He was very punctual, arrived on the dot at the agreed upon time for check-in and answered all our questions.

This suite had the most incredible view! Floor to ceiling windows in the corner unit-31st floor! Whew! Super spacious and very comfortable bed. One block from an awesome market where you can buy all sorts of foods- pre-made or grocery style. Calgary tower view from the bedroom window! Loved this spot :)

the Place is trash smells like mold, advertising as 2 queen beds when in fact they are doubles , parking is big hassle, key didn’t work for me , honestly stick to hotels this place is apartment is not what it seems like and they never answer the phone and don’t care at all !! I paid for a night but didn’t use it because how bad it was

Absolutely breathtaking view!!

Management was fantastic to deal with and the property itself was amazing OTHER than the housekeeping which was not great at all. I felt obligated to clean again myself in order to have a comfortable stay so we did, which wasn’t exactly how I wanted to spend first evening of a get away.
