Grand Geneva Resort & Spa

"Wonderful location with stunning views and vistas. All staff were friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurants were decent, with Chophouse probably being our best choice. Grand Cafe food is ok but probably a little overpriced for the quality. The rooms are clean and spacious but have poor noise insulation. We had a family with small kids next door and could hear everything, with the kids waking up at 6am and waking us up also. The spa also felt a little dated when compared to places like Kohler. The pool was fun and a decent size. Will definitely be coming back here again and highly recommend it!"

"Very clean and newly renovated hotel. The outdoor pool area was a nice surprise! Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. They also have nice and large cabanas that would be nice for larger groups."

"This is our fourth time staying at this hotel because its location is great, the rooms are always clean, and its not super pricey compared to right in downtown Geneva options. The kids loved the splash pad and pool and we enjoyed the snack center options including wine and beer. The breakfast options are fine, typical of a choice hotel, but the coffee was not good. Several groups of our family were in multiple rooms and all of us commented that we only had two towels but the reception gave us more towels upon request."

"An older and repurposed property. Indoor lap pool, no common hot tub (although there are hot tub rooms I think), Continental breakfast, no common coffee available off hours (though the rooms have coffee bags). Parking available but not near entrances except handicapped. A good place if all you want is a bed, a shower, and a sweet roll or a bowl of cereal in the morning. Rooms show age but are kept clean. Front rooms face highway, but this isn't the Interstate. Good value for money. Dairy Queen within walking distance, gas station a few blocks away."
