「Der Check-In mit Maurilia war super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Wichtig für uns waren die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, da wir nur mit Rucksack gereist sind. In der Wohnung ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den Wohnraum würden wir noch eine gemütliche Lampe für den Abend empfehlen. 」

「When I checked in, it was very helpful that you completed the procedure based on the request I had told you in advance. ( The reply to the previous inquiry was also very quick.) The people at the front desk felt good.
The interior of the room is simple and calm. The closet was large, convenient and easy to use. The cleaning is also neat and clean.
Access from the subway is good, there are many shops in the surrounding area, and the location of the hotel is good.

「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」

「location is ok, metro of 2 different lines are close（within 10 minutes walk）and have supermarket nearby. the apartment itself is ok and it seems residental estate. Lifts are old and small. Open kitchen make inside very hot during cooking as the air conditionar not cold enough, so not recommend to cook by fire （may use microwave oven better）.」
