「Floors in room were so filthy our toddler’s feet were black after walking on them for just a few minutes; we ended up cleaning them ourselves due to not trusting that staff would actually clean them if we asked. (The towel picture is the floor mat we used to dry the floor after using swiffer pads we bought to surface clean.) 「I wanted to specifically recognize Albert at the front desk for being so welcoming and helpful during my stay. He was patient, kind, and always had a friendly attitude. Small interactions like that can completely change the experience of a trip, and he really made me feel taken care of. The hotel is lucky to have him.」

「The AC unit was nasty on the inside full of roaches dirt and hair. The floor was not mopped at all so our feet were dirty. The bed sheets had stains and so did the pillows. We had to call Expedia to get moved to a new room because the hotel said they are booked up. Maybe about 10 cars outside. Expedia was able to get the hotel to provide a new room.
