「This hotel was perfectly situated overlooking the ocean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We had a car so able to travel to all sights but there are taxis and a shuttle from hotel to closest town. We would stay here again.」

「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

「Loved our room and view.
We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running.
We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that.
The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions.

「A lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day.
Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic.
If you like to work out while away, be aware that the fitness/gym facility is quite poor. The space is...

「We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us.
We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not.
The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper.
The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...
